Continue the interesting initiative “Sunday at the Museum” promoted by the Ministry of Heritage and Culture. Every first Sunday of the month you can visit free all the monuments, museums, galleries, archaeological digs, parks and gardens monumental state of Italy. A project to bring art to the public.

Tourists and citizens can visit freely the sites of the culture of our country. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the immense Italian heritage that the whole world envies us. The Italian artistic heritage is in fact the largest in the world but also the least valued. The goal is to spread the knowledge, strengthening the cultural identity and the link between museum and territory. The project has great educational value and has proved a great success so far. As demonstrated by the data, it has become a fixture for the Italians. Whetting the curiosity of those who would not normally consider to spend a day with art, it has allowed a significant increase in visits to places of Italian culture.
The museums display works of art of inestimable value. Within the walls of palaces, churches and historic buildings, examples, themselves, of ingenuity and creativity of man, contain our history, our art, our culture, basically what makes us Italians.
