Expo-Campania: "La terra buona" | eatparade
On October 19, the Campania Region was the star at Expo with a study-truth about Land of Fires. During this conference were presented in preview the results of the scientific study conducted by Zooprofilattico Institute, on the quality of the environment in the territory of Campania.
The research, conducted in collaboration with the National Research Council and the World Health Organization shows that the foods of the region are the most controlled of Italy. The survey, with a monitoring done on about 60,000 samples, demonstrates that Campania is still a land fertile and rich in healthy products.
“97% of Campania is pristine. We are the good ground, with healthy products and excellence that are the envy of the world. Now we know with certainty based on reliable scientific data”: the words of the President of the Campania Region Vincenzo De Luca.
An opportunity, therefore, to regain credibility and restore dignity to the production, especially to erase the mark of the Land of Fires.
