Ricetta di oggi: come preparare la Mozzarella in Carrozza | eatparade

Ingredients (serves 4):
- 16 slices of stale bread 1 cm thick
- 3 mozzarellas
- 3 eggs
- Farina 00
- Oil for frying
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Cut the bread and the mozzarella slices, beat eggs slightly, add salt, stuffed bread with mozzarella, and remove the excess on the sides.
Dip the slices of bread stuffed in the flour, then in egg mixture. Then fry them in hot oil and let brown for 5 minutes per side. Turn once. Finally, let it dry excess oil on paper towels and serve hot.
The Mozzarella in carriage is good, preferably with organic mozzarella.
