There are several types of herbal slimming, commonly used in Herbalism, with active principles and different action mechanisms aimed at weight loss.

Finally, there are herbs that are  draining and depurative; their action does not involve a real weight loss as it is mostly of elimination of excess fluid and not fat loss. In any case, the effect of these plants can be beneficial to fight swelling, purify toxins and relieve symptoms of cellulite. Among these herbs dandelion, artichoke and birch.

These herbs to be effective must be associated with a reduced-calorie diet regime and practice of physical activity, and must be undertaken with full respect for the time and manner of Administration indicated on the package.

Most of these plants can be taken in the form of infusions and tisanes. Specifically the herbs and spices more effective against the extra pounds are: cinnamon (fat burner), orange blossom (purifying and sedative), juniper (diuretic), ginseng (stimulant), gardner (diuretic), guaranà (energizing), flax (induces satiety), dandelion (diuretic), green tea (metabolism accelerating), ginger (fat burner).

In general, the use of herbs or slimming draining is suitable for anyone, but you must always check your state of health before starting a cure, make sure you are not allergic to components of dietary supplements and avoid overdose, which brings no benefit and, indeed, can be extremely harmful.
