Corrado Martinangelo – Ministry of Agriculture – Food Act Campania shows the project as a true extension of the South. Knowledge of quality food stands in the formation and Food Act can become “Identity Card” of their region suited to create development. For the agri-food and southern Campania is fundamental communication as “supporting element” of quality food subjected to continuous monitoring, as in the case of southern Italy. Small examples of lawlessness, which often go beyond the positive aspects should not obscure the quality of the company and the aim is precisely to avoid this risk: “Communication is the vehicle of food quality.”
