Every day comes a new study that says because the movement is beneficial to health. The human being is made for a sedentary lifestyle but to abandon this lifestyle does not necessarily mean having to go to the gym every day. The human race has evolved over thousands of years to be active so, if there is not a specific reason to stay on the couch then it is good to get rid of laziness and spend part of the week to do some ‘movement.
