After the success built in partnership with EP SpA with space HERE Pizza & Pasta, Sire is projected after the Expo with many new projects.
Among these, one of the most strongly desired is the educational project for schools, families and all those who are going to learn more about how to eat properly.
It is in this spirit that in collaboration with Medeaterranea, reference point in Italy for the education of taste, Sire launches this ambitious program aimed at raising the awareness of local, biodiversity and enhancement of agro-food resources of the territories.
The pilot phase of the project will be initiated in the Eagle Valley: jewel of bio-architecture managed by the company, which is home to a charming hotel 4 stars and a restaurant surrounded by a large estate at the edge of the National Park of Abruzzo. Here educational format that will be adopted, together with the experience in the field, will trace the guidelines of the educational programs of the project.
On Thursday October 15 within the space of ECCO, immediately after the press conference scheduled for 16.00 will activate a small parenthesis experiential activities related to extra virgin olive oil.
With Oliopoli participants will be guided through a tasting of oil by the voice of an actor who will lead them to discover the techniques of tasting a quality oil and will engage in a little game on chain of extra olive oil, with which put test their knowledge of the main condiment of the Mediterranean diet conquering in this way the essential elements for its production. The game will be conducted by the curators of the educational project of the Eagle Valley.
