After the holidays you need to retrace their steps and go through a healthier diet and balanced. Precisely for this reason we must not exceed and be strict with themselves, or follow the wrong directions.
• Become restrictive. Decrease portions okay, but restricting them to not reach the nutritional requirements must absolutely be avoided. It can also give the sweet, provided it is in the morning.
• Drink alcohol. Drink to forget all the dishes of the parties is not a good idea, unless there is alcohol. In that case it is better to opt for freshly squeezed orange juice, healthy and good.
• Avoid vegetables. Bowel problems of these holidays can be achieved only with vegetables, so better not ever miss them during meals.
• Protein sources. Rather than eliminate, you have to balance, then the proteins must be right: white meat instead of red; more servings of fish, less than eggs. Prefer vegetable protein legumes.
• Sedentary life. This is the fundamental point, without which else fails. You have to make the move, not necessarily sports, but also a brisk walk in the morning for an hour can make a difference.
