We know that is not the approach of the holidays the balance swings dangerously and good intentions fade on peak days. To avoid gaining weight and do not fully enjoy the dishes served, you should follow these tips:
• Prevention is better than cure. As the waiver is not covered on holidays, you better regulate in a more strict in the previous days. Do 5 meals a day, adjusting with the portions and prefer proteins to carbohydrates.
• Small portions. They are the best strategy to eat everything but not too filling.
• Physical activity. In the days that are not strictly holidays it is better to increase a little ‘time sports, just a jog in the early morning, or if you go to the gym, increase of 5 minutes the time devoted to cardio (while respecting the personal health).
• Limit alcohol. During the holidays it is abuse, and should accompany (and not overpower the dish). Choose what you prefer is better, instead of starting from the initial toast to the grappa.
• The end of the meal. It is the most crucial time, because maybe after you let go content with dried fruit and sweets. It would be better to reduce the portions or reserve sweets for the morning.
