We students of the Don Bosco we are convinced that eating and cooking with organic products is good not only to the world but especially to us !!!
Make dishes more or less elaborate, with organic products, and therefore entirely natural products and free of chemicals, to rediscover the real taste of the fruits of the earth and brings us to love more and more nature and what we It gives, without asking anything in return.
For example a simple tart with whipped cream and fresh fruit, using organic products from flour and eggs, until you get to the fruit, takes on a flavor that is unique, even in high pastry.
We are therefore here to make our contribution and to try to get our message across.
Choosing to cook and eat organic food is for us not just a way of eating healthy and wholesome but, also, a way to enjoy good food even more than we could eat every day!
