The particular variant is up to the Netherlands that in his pavilion sells the now famous green sandwich, containing a hamburger made with seaweed by farm sustainable.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The so-called Weed Burger is one of the most talked-sandwiches of the Universal Exposition. To taste it just go in one of the areas most loved of the Expo by the people, the pavilion Netherlands, and the price is 8.50 euro. The sandwich is made from <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><i>kombu<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\"> seaweed and the taste is similar to the chicken and sea water.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Experts say the algae is environmentally-friendly and nutritious, containing vitamins, Omega-3-6-9 and minerals. Also, not consume space or resources and they grow in salt water a few meters deep, and once collected they continue to grow spontaneously without any need to be replanted. Rich in protein, they are a staple food for Asian people but today have conquering even the tables of the Western world.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The Netherlands, therefore, have promoted to Expo a new vision of feed with low environmental impact. In a world with more and more people and less resources, algae are among the foods of the future.
