Festivals, fairs and festivals of the country in Italy are dedicated to historical anniversaries, religious, and above all to typical products of local governance which are often at the center of their celebrations in September when collecting precious fruit of the earth, from grapes to mushrooms. The food, in fact, is the driving force of these manifestations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Local food, conviviality, according to a recent analysis by Coldiretti the culinary festivals are always most loved by Italians. A trend result of the need to re-establish a more direct relationship with the food, the culture and local traditions. Especially during the summer holidays multiply the initiatives of promotion of local products with parties organized in small and large centers.<\/span><\/p>\n

An integral part of the historical identity of a community, the festival today recovers important content and must be understood as an opportunity for the territory: it favors the improvement of the image of the community, the pride of being able to support an event, to develop new capabilities, to encourage the spirit of participation, aggregation, friendship and belonging. In the new post-modern context it is not (or no longer) folklore. And ‘necessary that the festivals are held with all the rules laid down for the safety of the structures, for the legality of the gains, for the hygiene of food and personnel, for the presence of the police.
