You first need to give the kids some good reasons why they should change their eating habits and it is essential a cycle of at least 5 meetings, in curricular hours, lasting one hour each with expert nutritionists.
In a second step they will supply vending machines with fruit and healthy snacks and, simultaneously, there will be training courses managed by nutrition experts to teach canteen employees to make healthy dishes and a balanced viewpoint calorie and to teach him how to insert constantly fruits and vegetables in their preparations.
The intent of this project then is to educate children to correct and balanced diet and make them understand that to meet their food needs is not necessary to fill their stomachs full of fatty foods and sugar, but that the same function It can be carried out by very much healthier food.
