Water forever
Water is the source of life, it is a precious and vital for human life and other living species. Despite its value, very often it is wasted and/or polluted with the consequence of being able to jeopardize the use for future generations.
It is a renewable but not infinite you must learn not to waste this resource and to use it carefully in order to avoid compromising the ecological balance and the quality of life. Saving water is possible in the life of every day, through small and simple steps, such as shutting off the water while you are soaping or you are brushing your teeth, prefer the shower to the bathroom etc ..
It is therefore important from an early age to learn to know the infinite value of this well and learn not to waste it.
It was from this need that the project was born Water forever. An awareness project, aimed at Primary School children between 11 and 14 years old in order to let them understand the vital importance of water for life and the need to use it in a conscious and sustainable, to avoid any waste.
The project now consists of a series of meetings, in both curricular and extra-curricular time, including children and people who are competent on the subject.
In these meetings childrens, as well as being informed about the dangers of careless use of this resource to the entire planet, will be spurred to greater awareness of this right and to review their everyday actions to understand where and how they can change their habits.
These, through word of mouth and trying to convince friends and family to change even significantly their behavior, can create a small community of people who really love the planet and acting concretely for his welfare.
The project is thus based on the idea that the awareness of their bad behavior, even by a small group of people, can significantly help the planet.
