Nowadays  cockatail time is necessary to a lot of Italian people. It is the perfect time of day to see friends and enjoy themselves after a long working day. Yet this rite exquisitely Italian, it is often demonized as harmful to the line.

When it comes to cocktails and happy hour, it immediately comes to mind unhealthy snacks, cocktails and appetizers ranging from chips to nuts, meats, appetizers, pizzas, to include small samples of dishes of all kinds.
