Strawberries tiramisu

INGREDIENTS:
200 g of ladyfingers
250 g of Mascarpone
3 eggs
50 g of sugar
200 g of fragile
Marsala or type Cointreau liqueur
1 large glass of fruit juice (orange juice or juice of tropical fruits)

The tiramisu is a classic dessert of Italian pastry tradition, although this variant with strawberries him a new taste and rich, for an irresistible dessert.

In a bowl, mix well the sugar and egg yolks until the mixture is creamy and smooth.Then add to the mix the mascarpone and egg whites until stiff.

Take a deep dish, and pour the juice, then in this juice soaked ladyfingers.

In a large shallow dish gently lay the ladyfingers, then cover the first layer of biscuits with mascarpone cream and eggs kept aside.

Prepare other biscuits and place on top, then sprinkle with another layer of cream and so on.

 Once finished the layers of cookies and cream, positioned at the top of some strawberries cut in half as a decoration. Keep the cake in grigo for about 4 hours before serving.
